Pehchan Studio ("Pehchan", "we", "us") is a digital identity studio operating at pehchan.app. We design brand identities, websites, business email setups and SEO foundations for organizations. You can reach us at hi@pehchan.app.

Every engagement is defined by a written proposal or quotation that lists the deliverables, timeline and price. Anything not listed there is out of scope. New requests are quoted separately before work begins.

You agree to provide content, approvals, access and feedback in reasonable time, and to confirm that any text, images or logos you supply are yours to use. Delays in approvals move the delivery date by the same amount.

Projects normally start against an advance and are invoiced in agreed stages. Work pauses on overdue invoices. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise, and third-party costs such as domains, hosting or licensed fonts are billed at cost.

Each stage includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional rounds, or changes to a direction already signed off, are billed at our current rate.

On full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to you. Working files, unused concepts, and our internal tooling remain ours. Third-party assets stay under their own licences.

Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and on our social channels after launch.

Domains, hosting, email providers, analytics and similar services are run by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their downtime, pricing changes or policy changes.

We deliver work with care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings, traffic or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected engagement.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.
